Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium, Chloride, Citric Acid.
Dextrose

Fructose and Maltodextrin

4Ever® Lytes has been lightly sweetened and flavored to provide easy digestion and encourage consumption. (Without adding large amounts of sodium to make you thirsty, as some of the other sports drinks claim)!
I personally have yet to see one study that will support the use of high amounts of sodium in a "sports drink" during exercise, or while exercising in hot humid climates!
