- In-Store Pickup
Island Supplements In-Store Pickup lets you buy online, skip the shipping charge, and pick up your order in as little as 1 hour after you've placed it. Please note some orders require additional payment validation time and will take longer to process. Some items could be on backorder so please call our customer service number at 830-626-9994 if you have any questions.
Here's how to get started with a Store Pickup:
- Place an item in your cart and choose the In-Store Pickup shipping method during your checkout process (option will only appear if available in your area).
- Complete your order.
- Wait to receive the following confirmation e-mails:
- Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order.
- Completed – Confirms that your item is ready for pickup.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one)
- Your order number (for a speedier process)
- If you used PayPal or only a gift card for your purchase, just bring your ID and order number.
- Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.
- Warehouse Pickup is available from 9AM-4PM CST, Monday-Friday. (On holidays the warehouse will be closed)
- Come inside and someone will be there to help.
Store Pickup and Pre-Orders:
Some pre-orders are available for store pickup. The store pickup process for pre-ordered items is the same as it is for other items. Your pre-ordered item will be available for pickup on the release date.
