What methods of shipping are available?
IslandSupplements.com ships orders within the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) by UPS or USPS. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority. We do NOT request or require a signature for USPS or UPS deliveries. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. You can view the UPS delivery map below to determine delivery time for Ground shipping. If a signature is required a $2.00 charge will be added to your bill. We will charge you a $5 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $5 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2PMCentral time are shipped out same or within 24 hours Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays) depending on stock availability.
Does IslandSupplements.com ship to APO, FPO, and other military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all military addresses. Please email us at CustomerService@IslandSupplements.com for any questions.
Does IslandSupplements.com ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to *MOST* countries that are not considered "high risk". International customers shipping charges will be based on the weight of order and county of destination and are non-negotiable. At the current time we accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Since USPS has no control over packages once they have left the country, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Prepayment is required. We will not be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office directly.

- No unauthorized returns
- Supplements can be returned up to 15 days after purchase. No returns on opened or used merchandise
- Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded
- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee(except for damaged goods)
- Pro-hormones can not be returned and are ALL SALES FINAL at time of purchase.
No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise. Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused. 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products (such as melted bars). All of our products are stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We do our very best to package and quickly ship your order so that you receive your items in good condition. However, we have no control over hot weather. If you live in an area where temperatures reach 90 degrees on a regular basis, there is still a possibility bars(especially those containing chocolate) will melt while they are inside a UPS or Postal Service truck being delivered to you. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt or consume bars as an "on the go" snack, please DO NOT purchase nutrition bars during hot summertime months.
